I don’t know, but recording at public places is actually annoying for people passing by. I usually try to stay out of the frame and ask people to stop recording and let me pass please so neither my concerns of being recorded are raised nor their video is wasted.

Emily always has these high hopes of doing well in these physical challenges she does on her streams but always ends up deflated because she just randomly does things with no training or previous work building her up. And she expects to be able to do things easily and never ever does. I respect a positive attitude which she has in droves but she needs to be more realistic about what she does. Start with a 2 km, or 1 mile and make it a goal to run the entire thing with no stopping. Do the same thing 3-4 days in the week. Then double that next week. Build up to it. Especially since the entire point to doing this run is to train for a track and field event coming up. She gave up on the gym. She gave up on doing even a hugely modified smaller iron man, she can barely swim a lap in the pool. Physical exercise requires consistency.

back when I was working out, I do only like 20 to 30 minutes so I won't be mentally tired and I do it around 6am because morning sunshine is good for health, not much of a workout but makes you satisfactory healthy without being mentally drained of doing tiring exercise often.
